FROM SUPERSTUDIO TO MEDITATION

Yoga Festival, one of the most famous production of Superstudio Group that in the last 5 years has drawn thousand of followers in its multifuncional spaces, comes back on May the 23rd in Milan under Arco della Pace at 5 p.m. with "Milano fermati! Medita con noi", a day dedicated to short meditations open to anyone and lead with different modalities by skilled teachers, who has already been hosted at the Yoga Festival's last editions. Buddhist, zen, transcendental, dynamic and mantra meditation. A suggestive Kundalini meditation will close the event at the sound of a huge gong of such a great emotional impact.
