DUBAI CAKE AT THE END OF A DAY DEDICATED TO

It ended with the cutting of the cake in the garden the Information Day on the United Arab organized by Superstudio to tell about the opportunities in the Middle East but also to launch Dubait, accompanying project to develop business in the "new world", operating on site since October .
Refreshments for 200 guests was centrifuges and bio juices of Just Juice with four "formulas" mix created for the occasion, and an amazing "Dubai" cake decorated with the iconic "Sail", and created by  Stefan Krueger chef for Cookery Lab, which has proposed a brand new recipe "refrigerant":  a parfait consists of a  pistachio ice-cream, hazelnut with a Bavarian orange gelee topped with a pistachio Bavarian.
