GREAT NUMBERS FOR GOLOSARIA

45 thousand visitors, 5 thousand dishes served, 250 exhibitors and 300 chefs and taste artisans. The 9th edition of  Golosaria, culture and taste fair dedicated to life gourmands, closed more than positively after three intense days of events: 19 show cookings, 21 "lab" meetings, wine tastings and panel discussions in the "Agorà".

Success and interest also for the challenge posed by Golosaria to some restaurants in Milan to create some innovative "2015 Expo Dishes" conceived by the chefs to recount the gastronomic culture of Lombardy. Those dishes will be listed in the menus of the competing restaurants over the duration of Expo and the previous days. Many thousands visitors took part in the prestigious presentations: from the announcement of the 100 wines of Italy to the award ceremony for the 80 "protagonists of Golosaria 2015".
