Chepizza! Summons 17 among the most important pizza chefs, from Neapolitan school to the Nouvelle vague of North Italy, who will be in Milan from friday 28th until sunday 30th October to prepare their wonders. 34 tasty gourmet-style pizzas on show, but also show cookings, over 20 masterclasses, meetings and tasting arranged within five different theme areas to highlight the mixtures and to make a journey to discover various types of flours from stone grounded to gluten free ones, in the name of the best raw materials.
