Once again, the Yoga community has chosen the Superstudio Più as a location to gather for the VII edition of Milan Yoga Festival, from the 12th to the 14th of October. An occasion to attend classes, to meditate, to listen, to get to know and to learn. A whole weekend taking care of themselves, practicing Yoga, and also looking after the holistic therapy disciplines. A total mind, body and spirit well-being research.

Around 30 Yoga workshops to attend, with the participation of international relevant guests, as Marc Holzman, Roger Cole, David Sye, Dona Holleman, together with the Italian renowned figures as Gabriella Cella, Antonio Nuzzo, David Meloni and many others.

The researcher Jeremy Narby is the festival's guest of honor. He will speak about the Nature's intelligence and will relate his life experience in the Amazon Rainforest. At your disposal, more than 40 yoga free classes, in 2100 mq practice location for attending classrooms and the very popular yoga cuisine lab.

This edition has plenty of novelties, starting from Yoga and Dance initiatives and the new bioenergetics' living space. You will also have the chance to listen music concerts, to attend conferences and meetings, to buy books, as well the opportunity to exchange views and ideas, and much more...during the most eagerly-awaited yoga event of the year!

And if you are seeking for the roots of nomadic traditions, the Nomad Dance Fest is back, the following weekend. In cooperation with Milan Yoga Festival, a colorful fair with multi-ethnic flavours, music and folk dances. Stay tuned!
