78 new entries at Superstudio Più for a new edition of White Milano, the cool core of international contemporary fashion, which will take place from 22nd to 24th June.
Besides 125 brands men and women, a new section will be launched, the Wok Room, introducing  14 wear and accessory brands for men and women, which are among the most sought after by trend-setting fashion bloggers, in co-operation with Wok Store: Simona Vanth, KTZ, Bag'N'Noun, Baggy Port, Vice & Vanity, Lucio Vanotti, Tothem, 8000eyewear, Uppercut, SuTurno, Tidwatches, Norsk Mand, Wood'd and Julian Zigerli. The section White Beauty includes, besides historic brands, several new entries within the artistic perfumery section.
Moreover, A.I. Remove a new section dedicated to the young avantgarde of Italian handicraft, is aiming at emphasizing the authentic Made in Italy. To make the event even more attractive, a concert by Quincey will be held at Superstudio, in the Art Garden along with other appointments in town.

White Milano, Superstudio Più, 22nd to 24th June

Following the first painted shutter in via Inganni 29, Art Kitchen presents, with the support of the city council of area 6 of Milan, and Superstudio Group, at MyOwnGallery, the first 25 shutters painted by Ema Jhones, Emmeffe, Geometric Bang, Irwin, ivan, Mais, Miss Goffetown, Nais, Pao, Cristian Pitzalis, Seacreative, Tawa. Displyed in the gallery are the photographic reproductions of the rolling shutters, the 'making of' projection and the CLER itinerary map. Moreover, they organize a guided bike tour to enjoy live the artworks, together with the artists (23rd June, 11am).

The CLER Project began by the will power to create the biggest outdoor public art museum, using shop shutters as canvas, aiming to spread in further areas and give continuity to a unique worldwide public art project.

CLER'S next step, organized by Superstudio Group with Art Kitchen, involves rolling shutters in Tortona area, the district of fashion, design, art and creativity.

At studio 11, the shooting of the video performance Human Distiller by the artist Syd Minus, waiting to be presented during the Venice Biennale at the Hotel Flora in San Marco, from May 27 to October 6, 2013.
A deep research, crossing genres and languages​​, suspended between art, science, quantum physics and philosophy.
The cylindrical tub, where bodies are immersed and distilled as mass to delimit a spatial line, catalyses the scene.
So alike in the (sometimes obsessive) mechanical reproduction, so different as regard the sense each can give to the container, when the water has been taken out.
Syd Minus’ solo exhibition in Venice is curated by Chiara Ferella Falda, Manager of the Art Projects for Superstudio Group.

Where does the fine line between creativity and art, between manual skills and vision begins and ends?
The window Sweet Dolls, set up in art.box in conjunction with the Taste of Milan, reveals this mystery.
Clarissa Negri, young and successful Milanese cake designer after the experience of wedding-planner, is characterized by her fresh and ironic style, inspired by cartoon and manga. An unsuspected analogy with the famous Dolls by the artist Flavio Lucchini, oversized dolls in coloured resin, with teenagers movements, to reflect on contemporary precocity.
In a reminder of shapes and colors, the small and sweet Clarissa’s Dolls seem miniatures of Lucchini’s sculptures and high relieves. Small works of art that are a pity to eat.

Yeonju Sung, a young Korean artist, presents spectacular shots of clothes built with vegetable elements, creating, in the few hours on her hands, fine garments in which the weft of the weave comes alive.
Her work, entirely done in the studio, makes use of digital retouching only in the elimination of any support, while the rest is pure color and creativity. The use of the photographic device "captures" the perfect moment, giving eternity to the elements.
In collaboration with Studio Akka, during Taste of Milano (May 30-June 2), the most iconic shots of Yeonju are shown in MyOwnGallery. That’s Fashionable Food, collateral event of the project Cooking is couture (?), curated by Gisella Borioli.

Only a side event at Taste of Milan can combine expertly cuisine and fashion: the presentation of the book Cooking Couture, part of Taste and planned for May 31, 2013, at 7.30pm.
Prêt-à-porter, creative cuisine, art, art photos make up the mix at the base of this book, written and curated by Gisella Borioli and dedicated to the Italian excellences, food and fashion in the first place.
The style of 11 designers has been the starting point for the Michelin-starred chef Matias Perdomo, "master" of the Milanese restaurant Al Pont de Ferr, who invented many spectacular recipes by them inspired, in an ongoing cross-reference between fashion art and food. All built with great care of the images, both the ones made in studio by Giovanni Gastel, and those from the fashion shows by Piero Biasion. covers for the book built with many extraordinary images of Gastel.

The photographer Aaron Baghetti, with his first solo exhibition Alza lo sguardo, encourages the citizens of the world to abandon the distracted present of the everyday routine, to discover details out of sight. Alza lo sguardo is an exhibition on futurism, fighting the sensation of global alienation and pushing the individual to look up towards real, concrete perspectives, born from the human ingenuity, from the need to evolve and always overcome the limits.

12 feminine icons transformed into sensual clowns, thanks to the photographer Gianluigi di Napoli and the masks conceived by David Larible, the most famous living clown.
On May 11-12, 2013, MIA Fair presents in MyOwnGallery the project MASKS: 50 shots in which 12 famous women, including Federica Pellegrini, Carolina Crescentini, Valeria Solarino, Maria Grazia Cucinotta, Petra Conti, Nathalie Moellhausen and Maria Buccellati, reinterpret the magic of circus and the clown's mask, in support of AIPI, Associazione Ipertensione Polmonare Italiana. On display, limited edition and unpublished works, but also multimedia of the backstage.

The first international photography and video art fair in Italy comes back at Superstudio for the third year. It’s MIA Fair, paradise for beginner and expert collectors, where they can discover, deepen and purchase works from 1,000 to 50,000 €, in an environment full of stimuli, novelty and glamor. A mega event at Superstudio Piu for the national launch of the new Samsung Galaxy S4, destined to become the "life companion" for millions of consumers.
Grand ouverture, reserved for top clients, VIPs and journalists,  hosted by Alessandro Cattelan, with the intervention on the stage of Samsung Electronic Italian President Sung Wan Myung, Senior Vice President Carlo Barlocco, and Sales & Marketing Director Carlo Carollo.

Global design, big names and emerging talents, art and video installations, augmented and imaginative reality, conferences on climate change, technological innovations. This year the Temporary Museum for New Design has been reconfirmed the Via Tortona must see. This is demonstrated by the selection for the Elita's Milan Design Award for three of the projects hosted at Superstudio Più. Among them Samsung Electronics Italy who, presenting "What a Wonderful World", was awarded the prize WOW for the most spectacular installation, the result of the designer and architect François Confino’s creativity. With the commands of the Galaxy S III smartphone the visitors were able to transform natural and artificial worlds, creating the parallel universe they have always wanted.
